Despite the fact that I appear utterly alone in all of these pictures, I spent the week with Mi Mami:

I didn’t kill her, she didn’t kill me, and I only made her cry once.
Here’s the problem: I took 1,100 pictures in 9 days. I’m not kidding. I’m posting some (a fraction of the total) on my facebook (if you’re not friends with me, sucks to be you).
I’d like to take this time to thank our top sponsor, Brett Forsyth, for his generous contributions toward the itsastrangemagic.wordpress.com business traveling account. Your sponsorship is necessary in this time of economic instability. Bet your bottom dollar I’m getting you a room at Shady Acres with a window; or at least a well-lit space with sufficient ventilation and quick access to the duck pond.
I must go and work on catching up with everything (I missed two weeks of school, my apartment has fallen into a state of complete disrepair, someone stole my bike tubes–just the tubes–and took my front tire off, and I am back to working all day every day). I need a vaction.
Also, know that I’m going to start posting less pictures of myself. That’s getting ridiculous.
your trip looks amazing.
xoxo
gossip girl
looks like you had a great trip–love the photos
and you only made your mother cry once….such a good girl!
No thanks required! I’ve taken the past three days off of work so that I could fully absorb the wonders of the “Firemen of New York” calendar that you so generously purchased as a gift for me.
Kaeleigh never made me cry. I did cry once over frustration that all the pics I was taking were turning out blurry (over several days). I wanted adorable pictures of my Pinkster.
Another great vacation with a crappy camera.
We must solicit our sponsor for better media equipment.
mom… you musn’t call me that in the public arena. yikes. I guess the MET makes people overly emotional?
It is not possible to post too many pictures of you. Please post more ASAP.
Pinkster?!?! Tell me more. Immediately. Also, Lisa and I decided that your mom is pretty hot.
Thank you for your good taste Sarah.
Pinkster has been, and always will be, her nickname here at the Forsyth household. She has several others which I will reveal upon provoking.
She was born beautiful with alabaster skin with beautiful pink cheeks. She also loved the color pink. She was also “spunky”. The name Pinkster (or Pink) was a natural fit. Give it a try.
Mother, I will not hesitate to block you. hold your tongue, good woman.
And when we say “cheeks”, we mean all four of them.
I. Love. Parents Forsyth.
Ugh. In other news, my website has been been wrong in your comment section this entire time. Oy. Fixed.
it is always enjoyable to read your blog. but you do make me insanely jealous.
